Programme

I tailor my programme for every person I train, which means a more personalised experience that actually works towards your goals whilst taking into consideration your level of fitness and strength. The core elements I focus on are flexibility, mobility, stability, muscular endurance, strength, power and aerobic/cardiovascular fitness.

On the first session I will take you through a fitness routine that has the basic exercises that focus on the different elements of fitness. Following this training I will have an understanding of what areas you may be strong in, and areas of weakness to improve on. We will target all these elements of fitness although will also take into consideration your goals. For example you may be more focused on getting toned in which case we will focus more on muscular endurance rather than heavy strength training, and will do the opposite for individuals wanting to gain muscle mass etc.
